At UBR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
